Started Youtube! - Get Ready With Me

Hello all!
As you can tell by the title and the video above.. I have started Youtube!
I've wanted to start youtube for sooo long now but I never had anything to edit videos or even upload videos with, and, if you've read my previous post, you'll know that I now have a laptop which means more blog posts and now more videos as well.
I started off my channel with a Get Ready With Me video which isn't the best quality but for my first video I don't think its too bad :)
I'm not sure what i'll be posting/ uploading next but hopefully I stay on top of things!

Thanks for reading and go and subscribe to my channel (it's Ellis Webb)!!

Good News!

Hi guys,

I am just doing a super quick update just to let you know that I am still alive, sorry for the blogging gap but I have been pretty busy and haven't really felt all that inspired to be honest. I have also just come back from a lovely holiday in Cyprus and have been focused on getting everything for that prepped and sorted.
However, as the title states, I have some really good news. I have moaned multiple times about this problem and it has finally been resolved.. I have... A BRAND NEW LAPTOP! If you've read many of my previous posts you'll know that it is a struggle for me to get hold of a laptop/ computer to do blog posts but now I can do them whenever I want! This is a big step forward for my blog, I think, because it means I can actually post on a regular basis now (I literally don't have an excuse any more so I need to stay on top of it!).
I hope you haven't been bothered too much by my constant complaints about not having my own laptop but now it's sorted and I can get back on track. I think I am going to do a holiday photos blog post next so look out for it!

Thanks for reading and I will update very soon!

August Favourites!

Okay, so I am actually going to start doing monthly favourites now. I did plan to do a July favourites but when it came to thinking of what I was loving throughout the month I really struggled! So I decided, to make it easier, I would write down my favourites as the month goes on so I don't forget.. And that's exactly what I did!

1. Maybelline Colour Tattoo Cream Eyeshadow
These cream eyeshadows are kinda old now and I'm pretty late in realising that they are a-mazing! When they were first released (and when everyone was raving about them) I bought three, but as they were pretty dark colours and not really appropriate for everyday wear I never used them. But at the start of August I used the colour 'Metallic Pomegranate' a few times and became obsessed! I went and bought three more colours which are lighter and now I use them everyday. They last all day and are so pigmented, the only downside is I don't have enough colours!

 2. Revlon Colourstay & BodyShop Instablur
Again, I'm pretty late on the bandwagon when it comes to Revlon's Colourstay Foundation, as I've heard many times before that it is really great. At the start of August I ran out of my Revlon Photoready Foundation and thought I'd try the ColourStay. I have to say that I absolutely love this foundation! Mine is the Combination/Oily type in shade 320 'True Beige' and it works so well with my skin! I would say it's full coverage but isn't cakey like a lot of full coverage foundations. I love it and will definitely be repurchasing!

Now, Bodyshop's Instablur primer is an absolute god send! I've already mentioned this in a previous post or two and I think I will use this forever because it's amazing. It's like a this gel-ish consistency and leaves the skin feeling super smooth and ready for foundation. If you have oily skin, this product is a must!

3. Benefit They're Real Push-up Liner
This eyeliner lasts all day and is soo clever! It's a gel eyeliner but instead of using a pot and brush the gel comes out of an angled rubber nib by twisting the bottom. I literally use this everyday because its simple to use and is a really nice black (some eyeliners have like a grey tint when they dry). The only downside is that, because it has quite a thick nib, it's hard to get super thin flicks like with liquid eyeliner pens.

4. Sleep Masks
Moving on to non-beauty favourites now and the first thing is my sleep mask. I'm the type of person that is always tired but, as soon as my head hits the pillow, I'm wide awake. I'll close my eyes but then always think of something random that will make me open my eyes again.. and maybe even get up out of bed. So, to me, a sleep mask is so handy as it's stops me from opening my eyes and almost 'forces' me to sleep haha.. Definitely a favourite of the month!

 5. Spatone Iron Supplement
Being anaemic, I don't have enough iron in my blood and I should be taking iron tablets. But, me being my lazy self, I can never be bothered to take three tablets a day. Though lately I have been feeling super tired and I think it's down to the anaemia so I needed something to help my iron levels. Then I found a product called Spatone which is an iron supplement. I have the liquid sachets which are apple flavour (they really don't taste nice though..) and each one contains 5mg of iron. One a day really feels like it's helping me so if you need more iron I would really recommend these!

6. Vanilla Lime Yankee Candle Wax Tart
My August scent has been the 'Vanilla Lime' wax tart from Yankee Candle. I love this scent as it's sweet and fruity but not as strong as scents like 'Strawberry Buttercream'. I think this is the perfect transition scent from Summer to Autumn and I have been burning it all month! If you're ever in a Yankee Candle shop, go and sniff 'Vanilla Lime'.

7. American Horror Story
As always, I am late on the bandwagon with this one. To be honest I didn't really know what American Horror Story was and I hadn't really heard much about it until I watched one of Zoella's favourites where she mentioned it. And, scrolling through Netflix one day, I noticed it and thought i'd give it a watch... And my god its good! I literally watched the first two seasons in about a week and am sooo gutted that Netflix doesn't have Coven yet. Hurry up Netflix!

 8. TheSacconeJolys
For my Youtube favourite, I have been loving the Saccone Joly's daily vlogs. Their family is just so cute and perfect and their vlogs are always entertaining even if they are all just sitting at home. I always look forward to watching them!

Thanks for reading my August faves! Sorry if it was a bit long.. (it could have been longer, honestly!).

See you next time,
Bye!

Room Decorating - ♥

I am, gradually, decorating my room and I have recently added a few more pieces of décor that I think are bringing the room together quite nicely so I thought I'd show you them! I showed in a previous post a couple of furniture pieces that I bought from Dunelm and I recently bought another set of draws from Ikea.

These are the 'ALEX' drawers which I have used to store all of my make-up/hair/beauty products. They come in really handy because the top two draws are thin and the bottom three are thick.

On top of the draws are two little pots that I also showed in a previous post which are from Dunelm, a light which I have had forever, a mirror from Ikea which was £3.50 (bargain!) and a littler ornate frame from Poundworld. The little 'LOVE' wall hanging thing is from B&M and was about £1.99 I think.

Above the drawers are two shelves from B&Q and were very cheap. I can't remember the price but they were just plain wood and I painted them and sanded the edges down to make them look all old and vintage.

On the wall, I have put up a cute little floral bunting which a bought last year from Urban Outfitters. I actually bought this for my old room but then we moved and I didn't get a chance to put it up. I don't even think they sell it anymore which sucks because I want another one!

I am getting there with my room and when it's finished expect a final room décor post!

I'm not sure what to post next but I think I will do something beauty related because it's been a while.

Thanks for reading!
Bye

Summer Skincare Routine!

Summer is officially here and, today, I thought I would share with you my skincare routine to combat shiny skin and keep skin, clear, healthy and glowing.

When washing my face I use the Visibly Clear 2 in 1 wash/clay mask. This really helps to keep my face feeling refreshed as it has an almost minty scent and feels cool on the skin. It can be used as a face wash or can be left on for 5 minutes as a mask, which I thought was pretty clever. Clay masks are really good for oily skin as they help to draw out the excess oil, dirt and any impurities in your pores!

For my summer cleanser I have started using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I have heard many good things about this cleanser so I thought I'd give it a try and so far I am loving it. It's so incredibly gentle on the skin and yet somehow manages to remove my makeup without any problems. I genuinely don't understand how this product works so well because it has no scent at all and just seems like water.. but its works amazingly.

To keep my face extra clean and spot free I use the Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Pads. Now, I have a love hate relationship with these pads. They work really well and the pads are textured so they exfoliate as you wipe them over your face. However, they are drenched in alcohol. Obviously, the alcohol has other chemicals in that help combat spots but it's so overwhelming that when I wipe them near my mouth or nose I actually struggle to breath. Other than that though they are really good and seem to be working well in addition to the cleansing water.

For my summer moisturiser, I have been using the Boots Shine Control Moisturiser with Tea Tree & Witch Hazel. I love this for many reasons. The first is that it's soo cheap! I think it was about £1.50 or something. Secondly, it's a gel rather than a cream moisturiser which is good for oily skin and is perfect for a hot summers day. And thirdly, a little bit goes a long way. As it's a gel it melts into a liquid as you apply it which means it lasts much longer than cream. Also, it has tea tree which is clinically proven to help reduce spots.

After moisturiser, I apply the Body Shop All in One Primer which leaves my face extremely matte ready for makeup. I don't know how well this works by itself but using this in addition to all the other products I have listed help my skin to look flawless, glowy and shine-free.

For summer lip care, I use the Carmex pot in Original as I get dehydrated really easily in summer and this is the best lip balm I have ever used! I usually apply this before I start my makeup then, once my makeup is done, it has usually absorbed slightly into my lips leaving the perfect base for a bright summer lip colour.

Thank you for reading and I hope I helped if you are looking for some products to add to your summer skincare routine.

Day In My Life!

Halloooo everyone,

Today I thought I would do something a little bit different compared to the beauty/fashion posts that I usually do. I don't know about you but I love reading and watching people talk about their daily, normal, everyday lives. It's just nice to know that all these 'celebrity' bloggers and vloggers are all just normal people and, to be honest, I like to be a little bit nosy! So, I just though I'd take a few snaps today to show you what I get up to on a day to day basis, starting from waking up to snuggling back into bed.

In the mornings I will wake up and more than likely go back to sleep... But after I wake up for the second time I will drag myself into the living room and stick the TV on (usually Futurama then Friends). When the hunger kicks in, I make my way into the kitchen and grab some breakfast. Lately, I have been loving plain porridge with strawberry jam, it's so easy to make which is handy when I'm feeling super lazy.

After breakfast, I continue to watch TV for a while then eventually get ready, which takes me like 2 hours.. Today I just went for a simple outfit with a t-shirt and leggings and a choker. For makeup I just went for my usual winged eye makeup and bright matte coral lips.

When I've finished getting ready I'll head off to work. I'll be at work for like 4/5 hours and then head back out. Today I walked straight home, changed into something a bit lighter (it got really hot towards the evening) and then met my boyf to go and get some dinner. We went to a hungry horse, which tbh wasn't that great....

The Hooch was good though..

Check out Keith's face on the bottle, OOSH

Food wise, we got nachos for starters, I got New York chicken and Jack got a pulled pork burger. I did eat quite a bit and was pretty full which was annoying as I wanted one of their 'Cakeaway' cakes which looked sooooo good :(

After the meal we headed home which was when I realised my room was an absolute tip and needed sorting ASAP! I took a before and after picture just to show you the difference...

It was sooo bad! I know its not the best now anyway but it's much better than before, I mean, I wouldn't have been able to sleep in my own bed!

Moving on, it's time to chill down and to take my make up off I use a combination of the Benefit 'They're Real' make up remover, the Garnier Micellar cleansing water and the Clearisil Rapid Action pads just to make sure my face is extra clean. I finish my night time routine with Boots tea tree & witch hazel shine control moisturiser which leaves my face feeling refreshed and oil free.

To finish off my day, I usually grab a cold drink of some sort ( today it's ice cold water), snuggle up in bed and watch the SacconeJoly's.

So there you have it. A day in my life. Obviously, I don't do the exact same thing everyday but generally this is my typical day.
I did enjoy taking photos of my normal life today but I think my next post will be makeup related, just so I'm back on track.

Thanks for reading todays post and I will post again soon!

Byyee!

Update: Birthdays, Birmingham & New Beauty Buys!

Hello everyone!

I am going to start this post by apologising (once again) for my absence. I know I always use the same excuse that 'there is only one laptop in my house and it's hard to share' but it's true! I'm never really at my house lately either, plus my mum takes the laptop to work everyday so it's almost impossible for me to post atm... I am hoping to be at home a bit more often so hopefully I can post more (though I am taking that with a pinch of salt haha).
Anyway, onto the post*...
*there are no pics in this post unfortunately, check out my previous posts for a better visual experience

The month of June was crazy for me this year, now I know we are almost at the end of July but I really feel like I just need to reflect on some of my June shenanigans with you guys. First off, there was a ridiculous amount of birthdays in June, including my 18th (a very belated happy birthday to all my colleagues and family members who are lucky enough to be June babies!). I was really looking forward to turning 18 as all my friends have early birthdays meaning they're all out partying and I was at home playing Pokémon.. or something just as sad. I did get quite a few presents though (especially mugs..... so many mugs...) and a bit of money too which I am very grateful for. I went out on the night of my birthday to celebrate and also went out that weekend to Birmingham with the boyf, where I went slightly make-up crazy as I bought a few bits from Benefit, Bare Minerals and Bodyshop. My boyfriend also bought me Chanel No.5, I really was spoilt! And, even though we ate loads, we bought an array of macaroons and £20 worth of beef jerky from Selfridges.. oops! But overall, June was a good month and I got lots of things done, though I am sorry I didn't photograph much of it, it would have been really cool to show you as well as tell you.

Okay, moving on to July. The month hasn't ended yet but it's been pretty good so far. I booked a holiday to Paphos for the 1st October with my boyfriend, Jack, which I am really excited for. I have only been on holiday twice in my life so this is like a little treat just for the both of us. I do want to travel more though in future years and I'm going to photograph as much of my journeys as possible just so I can show you what I'm up to and where I've been. Also yesterday I painted a mural on my cousins wall for her little boy's room. It took me 8 hours in total but it turned out pretty good in the end, my cousin was happy with it and that's all that matters, though I was pretty knackered after it (the Mcdonalds towards the end really helped keep me going aha) and I was smothered in paint by the end but it was worth it. On the downside, when I got back me and Jack went to walk his dog and I got bit by a bug on my foot and its ballooned and is really itchy and hurts :(... Is anyone else allergic to bud bites or is it just me?...

So you are now updated with the last couple of months of my life. I am trying to get back on track with blogging now that I have a smaller, more practical camera and a few more things going on in the next couple of months. Expect review after review of beauty products and 'what I've been up to' sort of posts! I hope you aren't too sick of me apologising for not being around but, again, I am sorry. I am determined to stick to this from now on!
Thanks for reading, I WILL update on Thursday,
See you soon!

Beauty & Fashion Haul ♥

I feel like it's been a while since I posted last and for that I apologise. Like I have said many times before, I try and post as often as I can and getting hold of the laptop is pretty difficult as my mum uses it for work. But I am trying to keep Ellessi updated!

It was payday a few days ago and, like many of you ladies that love to shop, I couldn't help but treat myself to a few things. I know it says 'Fashion' in the title but really there is only one vest top, I just wasn't sure how to include it without adding 'and a vest top' at the end. Anyway..

The first thing I bought was a cropped vest top from River Island. This top only recently came in to our store and I think it's so cool! It's quite baggy but, as it's cropped, it doesn't look too oversized. I tried this top on with shorts and it's my new fave spring/summer outfit!

I'm never usually the type to believe adverts on TV as I'm quite a sceptical person (especially when it comes to hair or makeup adverts) but the frizz-ease advert really sucked me in. I mean, the lady has crazy frizzy hair at the beginning of the advert then applies 'just a few drops of serum' then all of a sudden her hair is full, bouncy and voluminous with perfect curls! I fell for it.. I went and bought £22 worth of frizz-ease (I know right..) but thanks to an awesome deal at Asda I got all three products for £10! Bargain!

As you probably have figured out by reading my previous posts, I'm a sucker for anything that helps with oily skin and, while watching one of Tanya Burr's Youtube videos, I noticed this powder 'One Heck of a Blot'. I've never tried any of the Soap & Glory makeup products before and I'm very indecisive when it comes to powder because I want to buy the best products for my skin but I thought I'd give it a try. At £12 it better be good! haha.

I think it's safe to say that every haul I do will have at least one Barry M nail polish, I'm pretty much addicted to them. I'm trying to brighten up my look for summer and these colours are perfect to do that. The pastel pink is called Rose Hip and the minty green is called Green Berry. Turns out I already had the pastel pink one though... oops!

As I'm trying to brighten up my look, I've been trying out brighter colours on my lips. I couldn't find the colours I wanted anywhere but it suddenly hit me that Barry M doesn't just do nail polish! I'd never bought a Barry M lipstick before but I tried the lilac one out and I loved it so went back and bought the coral lipstick too! The lilac lipstick is number 129 and the coral is number 54. The coral is my new favourite lip colour for summer!

So these are my recent purchases! If you've tried any of the beauty products please comment below and let me know what you think, and if you want any reviews then do let me know!

Thanks for reading,

I've been nominated! - Liebster Award

I have been nominated by the lovely Steph Furuholmen, from http://urbantherapy1.blogspot.co.uk/ , for the Liebster award. The award is to get blogs with less than 200 followers the recognition that they need and deserve! Now, I have 0 followers at the moment (though I do have a little group of followers on bloglovin') so hopefully this will help more people to see and follow my blog!

Okay, so the 'rules' are you have to answer 11 questions that are given to you by the person you were nominated by and once you answered those, nominate 11 other bloggers. You also have to create 11 more questions for the bloggers you nominated!

So here goes:

1. Who is your style icon?
To be honest I don't really have one. Though I do love fashion and love the style of certain celebs (Marina and the diamonds for example) I wouldn't say I have an 'icon'.

2. If you could only use 3 make-up products for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Number 1 would be powder, I have such oily skin so I literally reapply powder like 5 times a day. 2 would be eyebrow pencil, I do have quite thick eyebrows but the hairs themselves are quite thin so I fill my eyebrows in every day, they are essential! 3 would be lip balm. I don't know if this counts but, as I have quite full lips, I have to use lip balm all the time to stop my lips from being dry and cracking.

3. What are you handbag essentials?
I always without a doubt carry some form of spray with me, either perfume or impulse body spray. I also have a lipstick in my bag everyday, whatever shade I am wearing I just chuck I in and go! Lately, I've also been keeping a pair of sunglasses in my bag because the weather is really brightening up here in the uk!

4. What is your summer nail colour?
I don't really have a specific colour as of yet as it's not quite summer but one that I am wearing on my nails right now is 'Prickly Pear' by Barry M. It's a really nice pastel purple, lovely for spring.

5. What is your favourite fashion era?
As bad as this sounds, I really don't know anything about past fashion, so I would have to pass on that one :')

6. Who is your favourite celebrity?
Very hard question! Off the top of my head I would have to say Leonardo Di Caprio. He's such an amazing actor and he's hot.

7. Who is your celebrity crush?
*read answer above*

8. Who is your favourite blogger?
Louiseeee! Or SprinkleOfGlitter. I love how she seems so genuine in her posts and always keeps up to date. I also love her little British colloquialisms like 'Toodlepip' haha.

9. Why did you start you blog?
I have had like 4 previous blogs before this one that I have deleted ( being at school I never had time to update) but each one was started because I was inspired. I love reading other blogs and wanted to write something so that others would like reading my blog. I am sticking to this blog however and hope it will inspire others too.

10. If you could give any advice to someone wanting to start a blog, what would it be?
Stay up to date! As hard as it is you have to find a way to motivate yourself to keep posting (I am bad when it comes to motivation). Also keep titles simple but still letting people know what the post is about. I tend to skip past posts with titles that don't really explain anything about what's in them.

11. Sum up yourself in 3 words
Determined, Creative and Laid back

Okay so that's all the questions, now I nominate:

- My Pretty Apparel
- Janine's Beauty Blog
- Hey It's Louise
- Megan Roisinn
- Bittersweet Bhavna
- Blonde Canvas
- Hello Miss Jordan
- Mood Box
- She Wears Burgundy
- Benish Khan

I do apologise to these nominees if they do in fact have more than 200 followers, but some of the follow widgets weren't showing :S

My questions are:

1. Why did you start your blog?
2. What is your most favourite item in your wardrobe?
3. Only wearing foundation for the rest of your life or wear every makeup item except foundation for the rest of your life?
4. How do you motivate yourself to update your blog?
5. If you were a colour, what colour would you be and why?
6. What is your favourite make-up product right now?
7. What's your favourite film?
8. When did you start blogging?
9. How do you wear your hair?
10. Who inspired you to start blogging?
11. Do you have any tips for new bloggers?

I suck at coming up with questions XD
I hope you liked this post and I do have an idea for my next post; it involves motivation!

Taa Taa for now,

Oily Skin Saviours!

Spring is here and, although I much prefer the warmer weather, I can't help but worry every day about how oily my skin gets. Those of you out there that have oily/combination skin will understand me when I say having oily skin sucks. With summer on the horizon, this year I am trying to do everything I can to reduce the amount of excess oil on my face. I have found a few products that are helping me with my oily skin and, even though they aren't miracle workers, I hope they help you too.

Now, these products don't completely suck up the unnecessary oil on my face (I am yet to find a product that prevents oil completely!) but they really do help to mattify my face for a longer period of time than if I wasn't to use them.

When it comes to skin care, I will only buy products that are catered for oily/combination skin as they are (usually) oil-free, stopping my pores to become blocked up by oil even more. I use the standard products; Cleanser, toner, moisturiser and a clay mask. Though these products do work for me it's best to find what works best for your skin, but I do recommend a face mask for oily skin at least once a week as it really helps to dry the oil up and leave your face smooth. I do like to mix and match my brands but I would only recommend it if your skin can handle all sorts of different products.

For makeup, I have really been into BB creams lately and the Matte BB Cream by Rimmel is really working for me. It's oil-free which, again, stops additional oil from clogging up my pores, and it has 9 different skin benefits which foundations don't tend to have. In colder weather I just stick to oil-free foundations but BB cream has a light-weight feeling and is perfect for spring!
Now I know every oily skinned lady will agree with me when I say that powder is a complete necessity! If it wasn't for powder, my skin would feel greasy and look shiny so it's the perfect product, especially for touch-ups through out the day. Powder is one product that I can't live without!

I hope I helped with your oily skin needs, have any tips for me?

Happy Mother's Day ♥

Hello everyone, it's quite a lovely day here in England which is perfect as it's Mother's day! As my mum's birthday was about two weeks ago, I didn't want to just buy her another present because I'd already got her what she wanted for her birthday. So, instead, I put all my heart into baking a lovely cake :)

I used a cake mix as a base from Betty Crocker. I chose the Devil's Food Cake Mix as my mum absolutely loves chocolate. There's chocolate fudge icing through the middle as well as round the outside. I piped some white icing around the top as a sort of border, then covered the top with white chocolate and milk chocolate buttons, white choco chips and marshmallows! It's a heart attack on a plate but tastes absolutely heavenly!

What did you do for Mother's day?

Computer Problems

I do apologise for not updating very frequently lately. In a previous post I mentioned that I ordered a laptop, however, I actually cancelled that order and bought a desktop for my abandoned, old, dust-covered Apple Mac Mini. I figured that buying a desktop would be easier for me because A) It was much cheaper than a laptop and B) Why not use a Mac if you already have one?
Using the mac was fine at first, I changed the theme, added my most visited websites to my favourites in Safari, even wrote a blog post or two but I soon realised that buying the desktop and using the mac again was a complete mistake. Here's why:

-- I can't install my Canon DSLR software because the Mac Mini is so outdated --
-- I can't install Sims 3 (My favourite game...) because it is so outdated --
-- I can't install RPG Maker because (you guessed it..) it's outdated --
-- I can't even UPDATE the Mac Mini because it is SOOO OUTDATED!! --
As much as I would love to have a Mac right now, I can't not have these things in my life especially the Canon software.
I have decided that the best thing to do is to sell the Mac system as a bundle and put the money towards a laptop... (Yes, I do regret cancelling the order in the first place -____- ).
If I don't update often it is because, yet again, me and my mother are sharing a laptop which she takes to work everyday..
Aaaaannnnnnywaaaayyy........
On a lighter, less "ranty" note, I was walking home earlier today and a cute little tabby cat followed me almost all the way.

I, honestly, started to feel bad because the more it followed the more lost it looked.

I'll see when I can update next,
chow

It's Spring!

Hello there and happy first day of spring! I don't know about you but I can't stand winter and to have the Google home page remind me that spring is here just fills me with joy. Here in Britain, the weather has been good as gold, excluding today when it rained (British weather really isn't reliable).

I went for a stroll the other day and the sun quite low and I happened to have my camera on me so took a few snaps.

It was that perfect point of the evening when the air is lovely and mild and there is a cool, refreshing light breeze. I think it was the first day this year that I wore a dress!

What's the weather like where you are?

Recent Beauty Buys

Working in the middle of a town centre is great in some ways, but it really takes it's toll on my bank account. I can't resist popping in to Boots or Superdrug to just 'have a look' though I always wind up buying something. Recently, i've started looking in Superdrug more because they have a couple more cheaper end make-up brands compared to boots, like Sleek for example (which I've heard is really good value for money). Here's a few things i have bought over the past week or so.

(Left to right: Sleek 'Au Naturel' Palette, Seventeen lip lustre, Boots Eyelash curler, Eyelashes from Japan, Superdrug tweezers, Sleek 'Face Form' Palette in Medium, Soap & Glory Body Wash)

I bought this palette after reading one of Zoella's blog posts about the Sleek 'Storm' palette. I originally went into Superdrug for that palette but i spotted the 'Au Naturel' palette and loved it! I'm really into nude and brown eyeshadow at the moment and the mixture of matte and shimmer eyeshadows in this palette is perfect!

I've recently decided that i am going to buy more lipglosses as i, literally, have none (excluding a crappy one i got free with a Wilkinson Sword razor). This lipgloss is from Seventeen in 'Hotting Up'. It's a very natural coral/pink colour and has the perfect shine.

I love these eyelashes. They're from Japan though i have no idea what brand they are. I buy these ones in particular because 1. They're cheap and 2. They're such good quality! On eBay, it's under £7 for six pairs and they come with an amazing glue!

I  really struggle when it comes to bronzers as most of the Boots make-up brands only have bronzers for light or light/medium skin which look strange on my medium/ tanned/ dark-ish skin. Recently, however i ventured in to the world of Superdrug and found Sleek's 'Face Form' palette. The medium colour is perfect for my skin tone and i would highly recommend it if you have slightly darker skin.

I never really buy anything from Soap & Glory but Zoella's favourites video on Youtube really sold it to me. This 'Rich & Foamous' body wash feels gorgeously soft and, like Zoe says in her video, it smells amazing!

My old tweezers are so bad, they don't grip any hairs whatsoever.. I new i needed a new pair and these tweezers from Superdrug are cheap and good quality. The curlers are from boots and are the cheapest pair i could find, though they're still really good quality!

I know this isn't really relevant but it's my mum's 49th birthday today!
Happy Birthday Mum! Next up is the big 50!

Thanks for reading. What shall i post next?
